The site provider records and automatically stores information in server log files that your browser automatically sends to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version

Newsletter / Newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require your e-mail address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receiving the newsletter. Further data are not recorded or are recorded on a voluntary basis only. We use these data solely for the purpose of sending the information requested and do not pass these data onto third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form are processed solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6 No. 1. (a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent to storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example using the »Deregister/Unsubscribe« link in the newsletter. The lawfulness of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected.
The data you provide to us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you deregister from the newsletter and will be erased after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes are not affected (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members’ area).
CleverReach
This website uses CleverReach for sending newsletters. The provider is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany. CleverReach is a service used to organise and analyse the sending of the newsletter. The data entered by you in order to receive the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address) are stored on the servers of CleverReach in Germany and/or Ireland.
Our newsletters sent using CleverReach allow us to analyse the behaviour of the newsletter recipients. For example, it is possible to analyse how many recipients have opened the newsletter e-mail and how often they click on each of the links. Conversion tracking can also be used to analyse whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) takes place after clicking the link in the newsletter. You can get further information on data analysis using a CleverReach newsletter at: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/features/reporting-tracking/.
Data processing is carried out based on your consent (Article 6 No. 1. (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The lawfulness of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected.
If you do not want CleverReach to perform an analysis, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a corresponding link in each newsletter e-mail for this purpose. In addition, you can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.
The data you provide to us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you deregister from the newsletter and will be erased from our servers and from the servers of CleverReach after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes are not affected (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members’ area).
You can find more information on CleverReach’s data protection provisions at: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/data-security/.
